Microneurography: Recording and stimulating peripheral nerves in humans

We base our working around the technique of microneurography, but we also use other approaches, such as measuring muscle activity (EMG), heart rate, and electrodermal activity.

We use psychophysical, behavioral, and questionnaire approaches to understand more about human reactions.

We use fMRI, EEG, and MEG to further understand the central responses of the brain to somatosenory stimulation.

“It is the question that drives us.”
